摘要: Summary Objectives The goals of this study is to evaluate and compare the irradiation received by practitioner when performing percutaneous vertebroplasty or kyphoplasty guided CT fluoroscopy, for precise anatomical sites. Methods For each intervention, radiothermoluminescent dosimeters were carefully positioned on both orbitals, hands, ankles practitioner. Results Twenty-four vertebroplasties performed in 18 patients nine kyphoplasties seven patients. site that most exposed radiation right hand. two other sites subjected are left hand orbital. This demonstrates a significant correlation between dose fluoroscopy duration, reflecting quantity primary-beam backscattered radiation. Conclusion radiologist more important procedures than vertebroplasty.
