摘要: In a progressively knowledge-dependent economy, businesses need to pay greater attention harnessing the knowledge that resides in their organizations. However, despite increasing investment management (KM) tools, organizations often experience frustration developing sharing culture. This article describes how HP's Decision Support and Analytics Services (referred as HP Analytics) unit India promoted initiatives aimed at changing behavior of employees successfully fostered culture it implemented cost-effective KM platform using web-based collaborative technologies. Its experiences branding program, establishing interest groups, opinion leaders ambassadors, encouraging blogging over multi-year period provide important lessons for CIOs other organizational who seek build
