摘要: For genetic mapping of major photoperiod (Ppd-B1) and vernalisation (Vrn-D1) genes in wheat, four segregating populations were employed. this purpose, AFLP SSR chosen as molecular techniques. The use different carrying the same gene enabled to answer crucial question marker assisted selection (MAS) whether markers found a specific cross can be also applied crosses. Furthermore, simple method for scoring presence Ppd-B1 was developed by converting co-segregating PCR marker.
