摘要: Abstract: Commercial buildings contribute to a significant portion of the total energy usage and subsequent carbon emissions. Due their nature, they can use much more than are designed use, could be labelled as ‘energy wasters’. What this also means is that there large potential for improving performance. In chapter, nature office buildings, retail spaces warehouses will examined issues affecting discussed in detail. Ways which reduce consumption considered. These include changes building design materials used construction, user behaviour, increase control monitoring advancement technology mandatory regulation.
