摘要: The cost of food and drugs is dramatically increasing on a universal scale, as result, the production low-cost foods major national concern. This abstract aims to summarize some authors research work biopolymers, an alternative expensive carriers, such Eupergit C, for immobilization industrial enzymes produce more economical drugs. novel carriers are 15-25 times cheaper compared commercial ones in market (Agaroses C). present has been internationally reported appreciated by specialized scientific websites. From preliminary study world markets needs, three enzymes, namely, ┚galactosdiase, inulinase penicillin acylase, have chosen immobilization. ┚galactosdiase will solve 70% worldwide population suffering from lactose intolerance, well as, protecting environment converting wastes, whey, free syrup; produces fructose, which 4 sweeter than glucose has, additionally, advantage being recommended diabetics people diet. Penicillin acylase 6-aminopenicillanic acid (6-APA), precursor 19% antibiotics, Ampicillin Amoxicillin. Immobilization natural grafted carrageenan, chitosan alginate will, practically, enable separation reusability tens times, consequently, reduce both enzyme product costs. Accordingly, we expecting prices be significantly reduced. One advantages that achieved, improvement enzymes' thermal, operational stabilities.
