摘要: Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the potentials spiritual leadership in maximizing triple bottom line (TBL) (people, planet, and profit) telecommunication industry Malaysia. The research was conducted as a quantitative study based on SEM Smart-PLS four organizations Malaysia that represent Malaysian industry. intended prove can still develop business model adopts adapts spiritual, ethical, moral style well guarantees employees’ well-being, organizational sustainability, social responsibility without sacrificing its profitability by acknowledging impact management performance. Design/methodology/approach The using survey developed Louis W. Fry (2010) called balance scorecard measured dimensions, well-being against measure for TBL productivity, commitment, life satisfaction (Fry Altman, 2013; et al., 2010). A set questionnaire combines prior established instruments, sent 140 employees working purposive sampling method, SEM-PLS approach (Hair, 2010).
