摘要: Summary Objectives:  To investigate variations in the autonomic functions and blood-flow velocity of arteries supplying to brainstem supine prone positions. Methods:  Forty-one full-term infants were studied at age 24–72 h. Each infant underwent respiratory, cardiac eye movement analyses positions. In addition, basilar vertebral was measured with a 2 MHz probe for 5 min each position. Two time domain measures heart rate variability (HRV) (Standard deviation normal R–R intervals long-term pNN50 short-term variability) employed. Results:  Significantly decreased short- (P<0·001) long (P = 0·003)-term variabilities observed when compared Increased active sleep no interaction position (P = 0·005). A significant mean (P = 0·001) peak (P = 0·001–0·003) all three brainstem. No correlation between HRV arterial (ABFV) either position. Comment:  The results present study agreement previous studies reflect vulnerability as related function. However, it appears that ABFV reflected by are independent physiological measures, possibly indicating regulation autonomy central nervous system.
