Sustainable and clean oilfield development: Optimal operation of wastewater treatment and recycling system

摘要: Abstract With the increasing concerns over sustainable development and environmental protection, wastewater treatment recycling, a crucial issue to address ensure an oilfield’s economic clean production, is of great significance achieve water pollution prevention rational scientific use resources. In this paper, aiming at optimal operation oilfield recycling system, multi-objective mixed-integer linear programming model proposed minimum costs maximum amounts recycled water. Various technical operational constraints stations, waterflooding allocation rooms are taken into consideration. For safe efficient flowrate energy balance equations delivery networks also included. The augmented e-constraint method introduced deal with two conflicting objectives generate Pareto front. Lastly, taking real-world system in Xinjiang Oilfield, China, as example, model’s validity applicability well analysis trade-offs demonstrated. Compared manually developed plans, solution could not only lower total but improve staff working efficiency correlation sub-systems. different levels importance given economy, set schemes can be provided for reference decision-support.
