摘要: A novel human phospholipase, iPLA 2 γ (iPLA γ), is described and characterized. The complete genomic organization, nucleic acid sequence, amino sequence have been identified. sn-2-lipase activity of also described. In addition, utilitarian methods for detecting monitoring patient levels are described, as well treating disease conditions by modulating the γ.
