摘要: Nanotechnology has rapidly developed as an important field of modern research, generating most promising applications in electronics and medicine. It involves different approaches for the synthesis application nanoparticles having dimension smaller than 100 nm. Nanoparticles are fundamental building blocks preparing many nanostructured materials devices. Therefore, there is enormous interest developing safe, cost effective ecofriendly techniques nanoparticles. Biological emerged attractive alternative to overcome side effects accompanied with physical chemical methods synthesis. This led development new branch nanotechnology called “green nanotechnology” or “nanobiotechnology” which combines biological principles procedures generate eco-friendly nano-sized particles specific functions. Various entities could be employed biosynthesis including plant, algae, fungi, yeast, bacteria viruses. Recently, much attention been given on exploring fungi potent biofactories silver since they possess numerous bioactive properties find variety biomedicine. Its use form antimicrobial agent disinfectant known time immemorial. The present chapter emphasize richness endophytic fungal diversity their role gives detailed overview about mechanism synthesis, characterization involved analysis biomedical special reference potential.   Key words: Nanobiotechnology, nanoparticles, potential, eco-friendly.
