摘要: AbstractBy using proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy, carbachol can be assayed in commercial ophthalmic solutions with a minimum of steps and reagents, high degree accuracy. The sample is freeze-dried to powder which first mixed acetamide, the internal standard, next dissolved methanol. An aliquot solution evaporated dryness, residue deuterium oxide, reference spectrum recorded. quantity dosage form calculated from integral value at ca. 3.27 ppm (carbachol) 2.01 (acetamide). mean recovery ± SD for added synthetic formulations was 100.0 0.5% (n = 10), CV 0.5%. assay values 15 30 mg/ml were 100.2 3) 99.9 3)% declared, respectively. proposed method precludes interferences by celluloses, are carba-chol b...
