摘要: We describe a new method for characterizing the non-linear behavior of complex fluids at both small and large deformations. For creep measurements, we use coupling between instrumental inertia material‘s elasticity to follow rheological solution iota carrageenan above below yield stress. It is shown that this selectively excites one particular frequency relaxation spectrum. An analytical calculation used quantify near The “free“ oscillations observed during first few seconds allow us choose most appropriate mechanical model. Comparison with experiment shows even stress, linear model can still give independently reliable information about changes in each element A comparison free forced controlled stress rheometry experimentally theoretically conditions under which advantageous.
