摘要: Representative results showing the position and strength of two-dimensional (2D) correlation spectroscopy in protein research are surveyed this article. Special emphasis is placed on infrared spectroscopy. Different types external perturbations that particularly useful for exploring properties proteins discussed. Most promising developments 2D demonstrated through obtained systems. The aim article has been to present as a simple method significantly improves information about structure gained from spectra.
