摘要: Advance integration progress between multiple main areas such as economy, mobility, environment, people, living and government is the establishment of Smart City. It also collaborate both ICT urban studies based sections. In a mean time, big data has been applied into fields healthcare, government, e-commerce universities. addition, evolution Internet Things (IoT) technologies coupled with capability have open up to new possibilities for smart city implementation. Further this, advance server classroom are helping universities its function. order enhance Research Innovation department in universities, specific objectives, reliable staffs efficient standard procedure (SOP) needed becoming Big analytics shows promise at today they access large amount resulted from their teaching learning activities. Data can be used provide insights betterment students staffs, improve process, supporting management decision making needs. However, there limited discussion on how implemented education domain make it smarter, especially related critical components successful university this paper, we describe smart-based applications within context cities. The application support cities discussed finally, framework proposed described review existing works literature.
