摘要: Interleukin-24 (IL-24) is a promising agent for cancer immunotherapy that induces apoptosis of tumor cells and enhances T cell activation function. In order to improve the antitumor activity induced by Newcastle disease virus (NDV)-modified vaccine, we generated recombinant NDV expressing IL-24 using reverse genetics. Irradiated infected with LX/IL-24 showed stable expression. The cytotoxicity assay LX/IL-24-infected murine melanoma significantly enhanced immune response in vitro. Then, effects virus-infected were examined in models. exhibited strong both prophylaxis therapeutic increased infiltration CD4+ T cells CD8+ sites, vaccine modified was dependent on T cells. Taken together, our data well illustrates LX/IL-24-modified are immunotherapy.
