摘要: Nanohybrid liposomes coated with amphiphilic hyaluronic acid-ceramide (HACE) was fabricated for targeted delivery of anticancer drug and in vivo cancer imaging. including doxorubicin (DOX) Magnevist, a contrast agent magnetic resonance (MR) imaging, 120-130nm mean diameter narrow size distribution were developed. DOX release from the developed formulation improved at acidic pH (pH5.5 6.8) versus physiological (pH7.4). Cytotoxicity induced by blank plain liposome reduced coating outer surface nanohybrid HACE. Cellular uptake enhanced HA CD44 receptor interaction, liposome. In contrast-enhancing effects revealed that can be used as tumor targeting MR imaging probe diagnosis. pharmacokinetic study rats, clearance decreased order solution, (F2), (F3), indicating prolonged circulation blood stream therapeutic efficacy (F3). Based on these findings, liposomal system may useful candidate real-time diagnosis therapy.
