From counting neurons to the preclinical diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease.

摘要: This article is a review of scientific work on Alzheimer neurofibrillary degeneration and Ass-amyloidosis that was done in collaboration with Dr. Henryk Wisniewski, part at the Institute for Basic Research Developmental Disabilities. Our paired helical filaments tau protein spans from basic immunocytochemical analyses brain tissue to clinical application as biological marker used diagnostic tests. Even though only small Wisniewski's oeuvre, these data illustrate how great scientist opens field his student, collaborator friend, science can evolve, results be applied practice benefit our patients.
