摘要: Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) is a congenital heart disease characterized by abnormal cardiomyocyte differentiation in the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT), and HA117 novel long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) with anti-differentiation roles. To investigate potential association TOF, we collected 84 RVOT tissues from patients TOF. We determined expression samples TOF clinical data to conduct cross-sectional short-term follow-up study. McGoon ratio, Nakata index, left end-diastolic volume index (LVEDVI) were negatively correlated based on subgroup analysis, correlation analysis logistic regression analysis. Additionally, cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) time ICU stay longer higher than lower HA117. Furthermore, percentage improvement SPO2 was significantly reduced increased at 6 months after surgery. Our results suggested that lncRNA risk factor for unfavorable LVEDVI patients. an might lead adverse outcomes
