摘要: An electromagnetic actuator used with a segmented optical element includes central pole piece that is affixed at one end to the segment, and movable along displacement axis. Oppositely wound, longitudinally displaced electical coils on are encompassed by an outer magnet. Pole result of net axial force generated from current flowing through coils.
