摘要: A torque sensor shaft for a non-contacting including magnetically anisotropic portions formed on the surface of shaft. Absolute value angle inclination directions is set lower than 40 degree so as to permit reduction stress components in from their level case where absolute 45 degree. By such setting it possible prevent decrease sensitivity and, addition, obtain good improvement point magnetic saturation due applied, thereby an improved dynamic range.
