摘要: Flaviviruses represent an increasing global public health issue, with no prophylactic and therapeutic formulations currently available for many of them. The combination factors such as evolutionary change, warming wide range animal hosts suggest the possible occurrence Flavivirus strains greater distribution human pathogenicity. There is, thus, a need understanding viral protein sequences that function in immune responses. diversity reported major flaviviruses, dengue virus, yellow fever japanese encephalitis West Nile virus were analyzed experimental bioinformatics methodologies. analysis all revealed these species-specific peptide tags are highly conserved potential T-cell epitopes due to correspondence known or predicted epitopes. These have direct relevance development new-generation vaccines diagnostic applications.
