摘要: This chapter describes the drug–drug interactions of beta-lactam antibiotics: penicillins, cephalosporins, carbapenems, and monobactams. The antibiotics are a large class diverse compounds used clinically in oral, parenteral, inhaled dosage formulations. antibiotic agents have become most widely therapeutic antimicrobials because their broad antibacterial spectrum excellent safety profile. Reports with relatively rare phenomenon, when they do occur generally minor significance.
