摘要: The electrical conductivity of single crystals metal‐free, copper, nickel, and cobalt phthalocyanines were measured over temperature ranges extending from 50° to 390°C. weighted mean values the activation energies obtained were: 1.71 ev for 1.60 cobalt, 1.64 copper substituted compounds. No significant difference in energy metal‐free compound was observed between directions parallel perpendicular (001) face crystal. results well reproducible showed no variation different crystals. It is concluded that these compounds are, above room temperature, intrinsic semiconductors introduction a metal atom into molecule produces comparatively little change conduction.
