摘要: Abstract The paper describes the fabrication of angle beam two-element prototype ultrasonic transducers with PMN–PT single crystal and PMN–PT/epoxy 1–3 composite. optimal designs were obtained based on simulation PiezoCAD software. A two-layer front matching structure for transducer a one-layer composite selected to match polyimide slopping block. In detection stainless steel reference block, commercial PZT-based show similar performances in sensitivity bandwidth, shows best performances. two-way insertion loss bandwidth at −6 dB are −21.3 dB 94.5%, respectively.
