摘要: Ligation of the Fc gamma R on NK cells by Ab-coated target initiates a mode killing referred to as antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC). There is clear evidence that release from granules containing pore-forming proteins and serine proteases can result in rapid (within minutes) cell death targets. However, little information available whether initiate subsequent through granule-independent mechanisms down-regulate responses.
