摘要: Abstract The photoacoustic technique (PA) was used to detect the phase transformation from amorphous crystalline state of tungsten oxide (WO 3 ) thin films induced by UV pulsed laser radiation at low energy ( 2 . In this interval, it possible observe structural changes and ablation threshold in due incident fluence effect. Thin WO were deposited DC reactive magnetron sputtering over glass substrates different deposition times. results obtained correlation analysis compared with Raman spectroscopy data.
