摘要: The present study was conducted to evaluate how air pre-exposure influences the responses in gills and digestive gland of Ruditapes philippinarum on subsequent Tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) exposure. Firstly, clams were maintained seawater or pre-exposed for 24 h, then exposed 0 100 μg/L TBBPA. Clam tissues sampled after 1 day (T1) 7 days (T7) exposure results showed that comparison with TBBPA alone, following reduced accumulation both tissues, up-regulated mRNA levels CAT, Hsp70 pi-GST gills, induced GST activity P-glycoprotein (Pgp) level at T1, whereas increased lipid peroxidation T7. Overall, findings indicate 24-h can activate a priming mechanism withstanding exposure, which is transient may change prolonged
