摘要: A number of techniques have been described for the correction incomplete syndactyly, some which may produce obvious dorsal scarring fingers or hand while others rely on use skin grafts. Many methods require complex planning. We present our experience a new technique simplifies operative planning, allows natural looking web space to be reconstructed with minimal and should minimize need Seven patients (nine webs) who underwent syndactyly were reviewed (follow-up range, 6-32 months). Only one patient early in series required small graft cover residual defect, following modifications flap design made. All spaces healed without complication at review there good functional aesthetic results.
