摘要: Abstract Conidiospores of Alternaria tenuis, Botrytis fabae, Neurospora crassa and sporangiospores Rhizopus stolonifer from cultures on various media were shown by microelectrophoresis to have lipid their surface. Analyses fractions obtained sequential solvent extraction demonstrated that surface forms a small but discrete layer different in composition within the wall. Free fatty acids, alkanes, triglycerides other acyl lipids identified GC-MS. Phospholipids sterols absent. The qualitative quantitative both wall was dependent upon growth medium used.
