摘要: Endocrine and paracrine factors influence the cardiovascular system heart by a number of different mechanisms. The chromogranin-secretogranin (granin) proteins seem to represent new family that exerts both direct indirect effects on cardiac vascular functions. granin are produced in multiple tissues, including cells, circulating protein concentrations provide incremental prognostic information established risk indices patients with myocardial dysfunction. In this review, we recent data for relation disease, special focus chromogranin A failure. Chromogranin is most studied member family, shorter, functionally active peptide fragments exert protective cell death, ischemia-reperfusion injury, cardiomyocyte Ca2+ handling. Granin peptides have also been found induce angiogenesis vasculogenesis. Protein glycosylation an important post-translational regulatory mechanism, recently molecules be hyperglycosylated failing myocardium. hyperglycosylation impaired processing full-length into physiologically peptides, acute failure low rate had increased mortality compared other patients. Other studies demonstrated increase parallel disease stage. seems pathophysiology, could directly implicated progression.
