摘要: It has been reported that ectopically expressed interleukin-17 (IL-17) in tumor cells suppresses progression through enhanced antitumor immunity immune competent mice or promote an increase inflammatory angiogenesis immune-deficient mice. The role of endogenous IL-17 remains undefined. Here we showed growth and lung metastasis were IL-17–deficient mice, associated with decreased interferon-γ+ natural killer specific T the draining lymph nodes tumors. Together published data showing vitro transforming factor-β IL-6–polarized Th17 induce regression, our work supports notion or/and may play a protective immunity.
