摘要: Kinetics of copolymerization acrylonitrile (AN) with ammonium itaconate (AI) initiated by azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) were investigated in a H2O/dimethyl formamide (DMF) mixture between 50 and 70°C under N2 atmosphere. The rate particle size measured. kinetic equation system is obtained the overall activation energy for was computed. Values monomer apparent reactivity ratios calculated Kelen–Tudos method. It found that DMF-rich reaction medium (DMF/H2O > 80/20), are similar to those solution polymerization system. Effect hydroquinone dioxane additives on discussed. retarded accelerated dioxane, which confirms free-radical AN AI. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 94: 1151–1155,
