摘要: Magnetic and structural properties of sintered NdFeB magnets with addition various amounts DyGa as a separate powder are studied compared single-powder the same nominal composition. When annealed above 640 °C, coercivity decreases strongly to below 640 °C. Decomposition δ phase (Nd6Fe14−xGax) accompanies this drop. Measurements function temperature show that decomposition does not increase effective demagnetization factor, but enlarges either magnetic inhomogeneous region at grain surface or exchange coupling between grains.
