摘要: Extensive application of vaterite in ceramics, biomedical implanting, encapsulation and drug delivery require the effectively controlling size, morphology polymorph obtained calcium carbonate. For this purpose, was synthesized by using histidine-grafted-chitosan (NHCS) as an organic matrix research. The effects initial concentration NHCS, aging time on were investigated. prepared characterized field-emission scanning electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer X-ray diffraction. result showed has presented advantage phase over calcite presence NHCS system, 91.6 wt% percentage can be achieved when is 1.000 mg L−1. Prolonging from 0 to 24 h, would deduced 94.4 86.2 wt%, which flaky-floret multilayered transforms slowly. In contrast, a single crystalline rhombohedral only without adding pure water system. possible growth mechanism been proposed investigating transition crystal formation during process. indicates that effective template biomimetic synthesis vaterite, provides novel method for other biomaterials.
