摘要: The intraseasonal oscillation (ISO; 14–97-day periods) of temperature in the upper 2000 m global ocean was studied based on Argo observations from 2003–2008. It is shown that near surface ISO existed mainly a band east 60°E, between 10°S and 10°N, region around Antarctic Circumpolar Current (ACC). At other levels analyzed, ISOs also regions Kuroshio, Gulf Stream, Indonesian throughflow, Somalia current, subtropical countercurrent (STCC) North Pacific. signals can be seen even at depths about some ocean. largest amplitude appeared thermocline equatorial Pacific, Atlantic Indian Ocean, with maximum standard deviation (STD) exceeding 1.2°C. ACC, Stream all exhibited large STD for analyzed. Especially 1000 m, south southeast South Africa-a part value reached 0.5°C. ratios variance to total equator indicated that, considerable deep ocean, dominant variations temperature, since such ratio exceeded 50% there. A case study confirmed existence These results provide useful information design field Analysis discussion are given mechanism ISO.
