摘要: A study on polychlorinated dibenzo- p -dioxins (PCDDs), dibenzofurans (PCDFs) and dioxin-like biphenyls (dl-PCBs) was conducted in a pooled sample of breast milk from 27 first-time mothers (primiparous) living twelve locations at mesoregion industrial area, southern Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, between August 2012 July 2014 . Questionnaires with questions regarding to food habits, social economic conditions, places dwelling were applied. Mothers breast-feeding only one infant collected 4 6 weeks after delivery TEQs PCDDs/Fs, dl-PCBs 10.6, 4.77, 6.96 TEQ pg/g, respectively. The understanding identification pollution sources may be helpful for taking better counter measures against dioxin contamination. It’s important pregnant women have diet free as possible contaminants chemical. Further research must undertaken the context epidemiological investigations more accurately assess effects these compounds.
