摘要: Abstract A C30 alkane has been isolated from a Nigerian crude oil by elution chromatography, thermal diffusion, adduction with urea and thiourea preparative gas-liquid chromatography. The combined information analytical mass spectroscopy proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy, strongly suggests that the is squalane (2,6,10,15,19,23-hexamethyltetracosane).
