摘要: A breeding scheme involving ploidy and EBN manipulations was set up to overcome the interspecific barriers existing between cultivated Solanumtuberosum wild species S. commersonii. Three backcross generations were obtained that analyzed by means of molecular markers in order verify occurrence recombination homeologous chromosomes, extent genome carried each backcross, efficiency introgressing useful genes. Twenty commersonii-specific RFLPs provided evidence for on 5 out 12 chromoso-mes; others no more than 1 marker found. Thirty-four RAPDs 61 AFLPs used estimate content BC1, BC2, BC3 generations. The mean value 93% 91% 74% 76% 31% 26% using or AFLPs, respectively. Efficiency evaluated monitoring across these progenies introgression commersonii resistance tuber soft rot caused Erwinia carotovora. Eleven five resistant genotypes found among BC2 hybrids, same also chromosome number traits. For all traits except stolon length, hybrids resembled tuberosum type. In choose best obtain following backcrosses, we performed, generation, a negative molecular-assisted selection against combined with spp. other
