摘要: Abstract Background: Striking changes occurred in health care the United States between 2000 and 2013, including growth of hospice hospital-based palliative teams, Medicare payment policies. Objective: The aim this study was to compare informants' reports ratings quality end-of-life for decedents 2011–2013. Methods: design comprised retrospective national surveys. Subjects were age 65 years older residing community from two time periods. Similar survey questions asked at Bivariate multivariate analyses conducted, using appropriate weights examine response differences periods, after adjusting decedent's age, race, pattern functional decline, presence a cancer diagnosis, as well respondent's relationship decedent.
