摘要: Distribution of macroions (Na, K, Ca, Sr), as well trace metals (Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, Co, Ni, Cr, Pb, Cd, Ag, As, Sb, Se, and Hg) were studied in the water samples collected shrimps mussels habitats, whole organisms their different tissues. Samples at Rainbow Broken Spur hydrothermal vent fields during 50 th cruise R/V. Besides most these elements determined Lost City warm fluids certain minerals. There was no clear-cut distinction between major element concentrations both fauna habitats. Despite end-member some show enrichment relative to that Spur, difference metal content is not so great microhabitats fields. Among highest contents throughout all specimens revealed for Fe (with peak up n·105 μg.g -1 ), followed by Zn Cu (to n·104 Mn n·102 ). The As Pb do normally exceed tens . Concentrations Sb Se are more than , Hg minimal content, commonly less 0,5 μg/g. This sequence decreasing tissues corresponds surrounding water. In dominant specialized taxa main target organs Fe, maxillipeds Rimicaris exoculata gills Bathymodiolus mussels. spite low concentration found shells, latter might serve reservoir due large biomass mussel shell (87 % from body dry weight). being almost totally (97%) incorporated portion (about 60% body) majority shells. Concentration factors (Cwhole organism/Cwater) decreased following order: Hg, > Ag (n·10 5 ) 4 3 2
