摘要: The objective of this study was to examine the relationship between relaxation and cyclic GMP accumulation in bovine intrapulmonary artery response acetylcholine. Acetylcholine relaxed or contracted isolated arterial rings possessing an intact damaged endothelial layer, respectively. Acetylcholine-elicited phenylephrine-precontracted accompanied by a time- concentration-dependent but not AMP. Relaxation were both antagonized atropine methylene blue. Quinacrine, on other hand, without altering GMP. Nitroglycerin S-nitroso-N-acetylpenicillamine also endothelium caused concomitant rise AMP levels. Both effects blue quinacrine. Arterial prepared with acetylcholine nitroglycerin S-nitroso-N-acetylpenicillamine. contraction markedly inhibited atropine, partially quinacrine potentiated Cyclic levels increased endothelium-damaged acetylcholine-elicited changes tone appear be nonspecific. These observations indicate that nitrogen oxide-containing vasodilators is closely associated Moreover, there appears clear dissociation elicited
