摘要: Autophagy is emerging as a central regulator of cellular health and disease and, in the nervous system (CNS), this homeostatic process appears to influence synaptic growth plasticity. Herein, we review evidence that dysregulation autophagy may contribute several neurodegenerative diseases CNS. Up-regulation prevent, delay or ameliorate at least some these disorders, - based on recent findings from our laboratory speculate goal be achieved using safe, simple inexpensive approach.
