摘要: Lattice structures are superior to stochastic foams in mechanical properties and finding increasing applications. Their can be tailored a wide range through adjusting the design dimensions of unit cell, changing constituent materials as well forming into hierarchical structures. In order achieve more levels hierarchy, fundamental lattice have small enough. Although size several microns fabricated using two-photon polymerization technique, sophisticated costly equipment is required. To balance cost performance, low-cost high resolution micro-stereolithographic system has been developed this work based on commercial digital light processing (DLP) projector. Unit cell lengths 100 μm successfully fabricated. Decreasing from 150 increased compressive stiffness by 26%. Different pretreatments facilitate electroless plating nickel structure attempted. A pretreatment dip coating graphene suspension most successful strength 5.3 3.6 times, respectively. Even very incomplete interior increase structural than twofold.
