摘要: In Europe, as in the rest of industrialized countri es, reforms labour market have generally concerned employment protecti on legislation (EPL). One main missions this is to insu re security for workers, particularly case redundancy. The object t his article compare strictness and degree rigidity EPL two different economies, namely, Canada France. This choice justified by fact that policies both countries do not same ori entation are based ideological references.
