摘要: We present the new approach to synthesize materials and nanostructures with application for magnetic field ultrasound sensing. Our results indicate that electrodeposition at nanoscale electrode geometry (nanocontacts) is an effective process can deliver ferromagnetic metal/oxide desired composition properties. These are essential part of nanocontact based device architecture which investigated as model system filed sensor application. As opposite electrodeposition, dealloying i.e. a selective metal dissolution used fabrication create high surface volume ratio nanoporous structures. structures capacitive transducer preliminary demonstrate thin layer - electrodes be inexpensive sensing in electrolytes.
