摘要: The processes of absorption, distribution and elimination are vitally important in all drug therapy, for collectively they determine the concentrations present at sites toxic therapeutic effects. Pharmacokinetic considerations especially critical drugs with low ratios, e.g. antineoplastic agents. pharmacokinetics nitroimidazole radiosensitizers have been reviewed recently (1). Considerable evidence now shows that aspects nitroimidazoles (as other drugs) strongly influenced by lipophilicity. aim this paper is to discuss particular emphasis on property.
