摘要: Austempered ductile iron is a heat treated form of as-cast iron. The treatment process-austempering, was developed with the intent improving strength and toughness ferrous alloys. It offers range mechanical properties superior to those other cast iron, shows excellent economic competitiveness steels aluminum main aim analyze microstructural characteristics austenitized at 900 °C for 90 min afterward austempered over temperatures obtain distinctive microstructures. samples were durations 60, 180 each austempering temperature 340, 360, 380, 400 °C. influence these times on microstructure tensile investigated room temperature.
