摘要: The aim of this paper is proposing an overview valuation companies’ process, associated to uncertainty modelization. This exposition represents a paradigm shift in the significance what today we understand as company. Through previous investigation published about finance literature, prove there’s still long way investigate on methodology terms fuzzy methodology. result given new working line for researchers field, and general, scientific community, who wants study further value business organizations, taking into account drivers, elements variables, than common models don’t consider calculations. exposition, which propose by construction, set like fundamental axis reach higher efficiency levels process.
