摘要: Bu calismada, Canakkale Bogazi’ndan elde edilen 312 adet iskorpit baligi Scorpaena porcus (Linnaeus, 1758) turunun bazi biyokimyasal kan parametre standartlarinin belirlenmesi amaclanmistir. Incelenen parametrelerinden glukoz (GLU), kolesterol (CHOL), trigliserit (TG), toplam protein (TP), albumin (ALB), globulin (GLO), kreatinin (CRE), urik asit (UA), ure ve nitrojeni (BUN) degerlerinin ortalamalari sirasiyla 120,6±4,3200 mgdL, 46,1±1,9791 mgdL-1, 65,0±2,5467 3,1±0,0464 gdL-1, 1,1±0,0238 1,98±0,0415 0,38±0,0072 1,81±0,0528 7,05±0,1965 3,29±0,0916 mgdL-1 olarak belirlenmistir. Ortalama deniz suyu sicakligi 17,07±1,77 oC tuzlulugu ‰ 30,13±0,28 tespit edilmistir
