摘要: The utilisation of the internal mammary vessels (IMVs) as recipient for free TRAM reconstruction breast is well established. To gain adequate access to IMVs, a medial segment ipsilateral third costal cartilage usually excised. Concern has been expressed regarding potential complications specific use this site, including pneumothorax, intercostal neuralgia, chest wall herniae and contour defects. We present retrospective study our experience with reconstruction, using IMVs vessels, ascertain incidence such complications.
